Noah loves the kittens. He really ejoys sitting in their box with them, and suprising enough mama kitty tolerates him. He has steped on the babies, poked there eyes, picked them up by their tails, but they have survived his torment. Hopefully this means when they come home with us, they will be mostly immune to it. Noah has a lot to learn about having pets. Hopefully he is trainable.

Playing at Grandma and Grandpa's
Noah loves to play at my mom and dad's new house. There are so many fun things to do outside and inside. He loves walking up and down the hill behind their house.
And his favorite game inside is climbing up the stairs, much to my dismay. This is the make shift baby gate my mom created. It will work for now until we find one the fits the irregular size of the stairs. Noah could certainly get around the gate if he wanted to.

We have so much fun playing at my mom and dad's house, we could play there everyday. But my parents may get sick of us. Haha!

New Babies
My parents kitten had kittens, on Sept 2nd. They are 5 days old in these pictures. There were 6 little babies, but 2 of them passed away. Here is momma kitty. It is amazing that this little cat had six babies inside of her.
Here are the little chubbies that eat ALL the time.
I love them all. The dark gray one is little Mortimer "Mo".

Here they are again, eating, poor momma kitty never gets a break.
They have grown so much since the first time I saw them 5 days ago. I hope they keep thriving. They are SOOO cute!

Family Pictures
We went to the UI Arboretum with Mandie and she took some lovely family photos for us. These are some of my favorites.
Noah would only smile if he was clapping, so he is clapping in most of the pictures.

Swimming with Friends
Noah and I were invited to my friend Joni's grandmas swimming pool. We all have babies that are about the same age so we had a fun playdate. Noah still loves to jump off the edge of the pool.
This is Katelyn (Joni's daughter). She is 7 weeks younger than Noah.
Here is Noah riding around in one of the cool boats.
Noah and I swimming together.
This is Ella, Carly's daughter. She is 3 1/2 months younger than Noah.
We finished swimming and the kids were sharing snacks. We all had a great time, including the mommies!

Shives Beach
While my sister was home, the one thing she wanted to do was go to Shive's beach, so that is what we did. Noah had a great time playing in the sand. He got more interested the longer we stayed. He found a friend to dig in the sand with.

Our Anniversary
We celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary today. We didn't do anything terribly exciting because I worked the night before and Andy's grandma passed away. It was a very nice and peaceful passing. A blessing for all. We went to dinner with a bunch of family and then shared an icecream cake together at home. What a great life we have had together so far and I look forward to the many years ahead.

Catch up
Over the last couple weeks we have been moving and have not had internet, so I haven't been blogging. Tonight I am getting caught up, so I have back dated the last few blogs, but they are ready for your viewing.

4th of July
Over 4th of July weekend, Andy, Noah, and I went up to Sandpoint and stayed at Mandie and Corey's grandparents house. We drove up Friday night to their house and then on Saturday Corey, Caitlin, Noah, and I went to the parade. It was hot outside but we found a nice shady tree to sit under. Noah really enjoyed the parade. He only cried a couple times; when the dogs went by and he couldn't touch them, when the fire engines had there sirens on and when the car shot fire out his tail pipes and then backfired. Other than that we had a GREAT time.
Noah with his battle scars. He fell while he was walking on pavement and hit his forehead and also his 3 day old mosquito bite under his eye. Noah and I were waiting in the car for Caitlin and Corey to come out of Walmart, so we took a few pictures.
Andy BBQing for lunch.
We ate a lot of delicious food...
Then we were lazy.We just laid in the lawn, on blankets and lawn chairs, and talked.
Noah enjoyed walking through the grass.
Noah was catching his balance, after he almost fell.
Mandie shooting clay pigeons.
Then we were lazy.We just laid in the lawn, on blankets and lawn chairs, and talked.
Noah had his ear plugs in so the gun shots weren't too loud.
Once it was dark outside we laid in the pasture and watched Andy and Ryan's firework show. It was very cool. Noah enjoyed the show but was very ready for bed when it was over.
We had so much fun up in Sandpoint. Hopefully we can do it again next year.
